We are looking for experienced and energetic team players to join our team at our new flagship store. In the heart of London, our South Molton Street Showroom is 2 floors of fashion and fine jewellery. Our ground floor is home to our fashion jewellery, it is a fast-paced shopping environment and you will regularly welcome social media influencers to our showroom, supporting them to create their Carat* content.  With the first floor dedicated to lab-grown diamonds, our associates will host clients in our private consultation space. During a gentle diamonds appointment, you will advise the client through the entire process of a made-to-order engagement ring, or sentimental lab diamond piece. Associates will be confident with one-to-one customer interactions and using our state-of-the-art software.

• Minimum of two years experience in the luxury retail sector in London, ideally jewellery.
• Impeccable spoken and written English, we welcome all other spoken languages.
• Immaculate and professional personal presentation.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience, utilising all methods of communication.

You will help influence broader content and paid media strategies that contribute towards the overall marketing objectives.
