Important Information
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
- Most orders are shipped within 5-12 working days, if stones and mountings are available. Otherwise, orders will be shipped within 30 working days. If you need an order urgently, please call or email us for assistance.
- We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday.
- Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays due to Customs. CARAT* cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made as local charges may apply.

Orders will be dispatched from Hong Kong. International Shipping Rates do not include customs duties. If your country applies customs duties including Goods and Services Tax, "GST," and Value-added Tax, " VAT," to your order, you will be responsible for paying these upon receiving your purchase. Any additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, our shipping partner, or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges due. In some circumstances, our shipping partner is required to pay certain duties and taxes, in advance, on the customer's behalf. They may pay an advance fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to customs release. In these instances, they will charge an Advancement Fee that will be invoiced to the recipient. To get estimated duty and tax rates, you may contact your local customs office.
